Testing our Green Map online!

We are now adding sites to test out the new Open Green Map - a very exciting Green Map System initiative where many green sites come together on the world map. The base map is provided by Google Maps, and in the future you will be able to see all green maps in a glance, and even add sites to the map.

As you can see in the Open Green Map, there is an option for filtering icons (White box on the right labelled Filter Icons). This means that you can chooose one or several icons to display. This will reduce the clutter on a small map scale and give an overview of the occurrance of a particular type of site in the county. You can also use the zoom toggle bar on the left side in the map to zoom in on the map. Explore the wonderful maps already on-line (Baltimore, NYC Compost, NYC West Village, and Stockholm) while we add our sites.

Welcome to contact us with suggestions and comments, or visit the Green Map System for more information.
