Cropsey Community Farm has now a beautiful hoop house and it is already growing in there. There will be more volunteer projects coming up throughout the season. If you are interested in getting involved and working on the farm, please contact Rockland Farm Alliance at volunteer@rocklandfarm.org.

In 2010, NOFA-NY hosted its first ever Locavore Challenge to run throughout the month of September. Planning for the 2011 Locavore Challenge is already underway. The goal is to have more than 4,000 participants throughout the state involved in this event.
